About the Course
The Diploma in Information Technology Level 6 is a New Zealand Qualification Authority (NZQA) approved and accredited programme of study.
This qualification will provide learners with knowledge of the fundamental principles and theory of information technology, familiarity with IT Infrastructures of organisations, and the use of information systems within a business, This qualification also prepares learners for further higher-level study in this area.
Graduates of this diploma will be able to analyse organisation’s IT infrastructures and recommend changes that will reduce risks and liabilities and enhance organisational functions.
In addition, graduates will be able to troubleshoot common attacks against network assets, implement data management systems, and write simple programmes in programming language.
Graduates will also demonstrate knowledge of the fundamental principles and theory of IT, and how this impacts on businesses.
- IELTS overall band score of at least 5.5 (Academic), no individual band less than 5.0

- Q602 Systems Analysis and Design*

Following this Qualification
After graduation from Diploma Level 6, and deriving a Job Search Visa by student for employment, his family, partner and children allowed to get work visa (partner) for employment for any job position and Domestic student visa (for children) for attention school for free of charge.
Student can continue study for:
- QAG Diploma in IT (Business IT) Level 7
- AUT Bachelor of Computer and Information Sciences
A wide variety of IT, IT-related or business-related positions, including systems analysts and programmer; database and systems administrators, and security specialists, network and support professionals.
